SevenLift Scissor Lift Features & Applications
Features & Applications
The SevenLift mobile scissor lift equipment boasts a stable structure, smooth lifting and lowering, and strong load-bearing capacity, making it suitable for various fields such as logistics, construction, warehousing, and stage operations.
Safety Precautions
It is essential to carefully read the user manual before operation to understand all safety procedures. Ensure that operators are properly qualified and strictly prohibit any violations of safety regulations.
Technical Parameters
Basic Parameters: Includes maximum working height, platform dimensions, rated load capacity, overall weight, power type, and power rating.
Performance Parameters: Such as lifting/lowering speed, travel speed (in retracted and elevated states), maximum climbing ability, and maximum allowable working angle.
Structural Composition
Main Components: Introduces the structure and function of key parts including the scissor mechanism, work platform, outriggers, hydraulic system, electrical control system, and safety protection devices.
Control System: Describes the location and function of control elements such as operation handles, buttons, and switches, as well as the working principle of the control system.
Operating Procedures
Pre-Start Inspection
Visual Inspection: Check the SevenLift platform for damage or deformation, ensure the scissor mechanism operates without jamming or wear, verify the outriggers are intact, and confirm tire pressure is normal.
System Check: Inspect hydraulic oil levels, electrical connections, check for leaks in valves and pipelines, and ensure emergency stop buttons and safety switches are responsive and functional.
Startup and Operation
Outrigger Adjustment: Move the SevenLift platform to a suitable location, extend the outriggers, adjust the outrigger bolts to keep the platform level, and secure the outrigger positioning pins.
Power On: After connecting to the power source, turn on the main switch. Once the indicator light is on, perform a test run to verify that lifting, traveling, steering, and other functions are operating normally.
