SevenLift cargo lift Key Components

Platform: The deck where cargo is placed. It can be made of steel, aluminum, or checkered plate for anti-slip.
Carriage / Enclosure: The structure that surrounds the platform, often with gates or doors for safety.
Hydraulic Cylinder: The heart of the system.
Direct-Acting Cylinder: Located directly under the platform, pushing it up.
Roped Hydraulic Cylinder: Uses a single cylinder and a pulley system to achieve greater travel heights with a shorter cylinder.
Power Unit (HPU): Contains the motor, pump, reservoir, and valves. It’s typically located in a machine room nearby.
Control System: The buttons and logic controller that operate the lift, often with key switches for restricted access.
Safety Devices: Critical features include:
Manual Lowering Valve: Allows the lift to be lowered during a power outage.
Safety Gates: Interlocked gates that prevent operation if not closed.
Overspeed Governor: A mechanical device that stops the platform if it descends too fast.
Pressure Relief Valve: Prevents the system from over-pressurizing.
Pit Switches & Emergency Stop Buttons.
